Three ways to work through organisational friction.
Each engagement is scoped, priced, and structured to address a specific kind of challenge. Browse what each one covers and how it works.
Back to HomeHow every engagement begins and ends
Each of our engagements follows the same sequence, regardless of the challenge it addresses. We begin with a planning call — a proper conversation, not a sales process — to understand what is actually happening in your organisation before we decide how to help. That conversation shapes everything that follows.
Every engagement ends with a written deliverable. The format varies by engagement type, but the intent is consistent: something clear, short, and useful enough that your team refers to it after we are gone. We do not consider an engagement complete until that document has been reviewed and accepted.
Planning call
We listen to what your team is navigating and agree the objectives, participants, and format for the engagement.
Preparation
We prepare materials or interview guides tailored to what the planning call revealed — not a generic template.
Core engagement
The workshop, sessions, or interviews that form the main body of work — facilitated with care and attentiveness.
Written close-out
The written deliverable, reviewed, accepted, and yours to use as long as it is useful.
Team Alignment Workshop
A facilitated session that helps a team get on the same page about roles, priorities, and ways of working together. Suited to teams that have grown quickly, recently merged functions, or are starting a new phase of work and want to set clear expectations from the beginning.
- Clarifies who is responsible for what across the team
- Surfaces different assumptions about how decisions get made
- Produces a short shared-understanding note the team signs off on
- Useful for teams of five to twenty-five people

Leadership Development Series
A run of guided sessions for managers who want to develop people skills and communication habits. Practical and discussion-led, drawing on real situations from your business. Built for organisations investing in their next layer of leaders — and wanting that investment to show up in how meetings run and how difficult conversations get handled.
- Starts with a needs review so content fits your team's actual gaps
- Group sessions structured for discussion, not lecture
- Take-away materials managers can use between sessions
- Suited to groups of eight to twenty managers

Organisation Design Engagement
A several-week project to review team structure, responsibilities, and reporting lines — then propose a clearer arrangement. Built for established companies feeling structural strain: overlapping roles, unclear decision paths, or a shape that worked at a smaller size but no longer fits. We gather input across the organisation and present options with practical trade-offs.
- Interviews conducted across the organisation, not just leadership
- Current-state review of structure, roles, and responsibilities
- Recommendations report with multiple options and trade-offs
- Implementation outline included in the final report

A thirty-minute call is usually enough to work out which engagement makes sense — or whether any of them do right now. There is no obligation to proceed and no preparation required on your end.
